Laundromat FAQ
We are open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.
Yes, we are fully attended. That means that there is always someone available to offer you assistance or answer questions.
Our laundromat uses quarters to start the washers and dryers.
Yes, we have 60-pound machines that can wash multiple loads or wash bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold any time during operating hours: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
We use only premium laundry products when we launder your clothes.
Our wash and fold service is only $1.75/lb.
There is no minimum order.
Generally, most orders are scheduled for the next day, sometimes sooner.
No, we never wash your clothes with anyone else's laundry. We know that this leads to mix ups, lost laundry and cross contamination.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery laundry service seven days a week, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $1.55 a pound. If you want one-time service or sporadic service without any commitment of future orders, it is $1.80 a pound. If you need your clothes back the same day it is $2.00 a pound.
There is a 20 pound minimum order for pickup and delivery.
It is easy! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
Your clean, fresh laundry will be returned to you the next day.
You do not need to be home to use our service. When you place your order, let us know in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry bags, so our driver knows where to find them.
There is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you have any special instructions for your laundry.
No. There is no long-term commitment for our service. You can stop at any time, but we know that as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service you will stick with us.
When you place your order we ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
We advise you to put your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that will cinch closed.
You can always log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
